Cooked perfectly, so much flavor, great day of but also awesome to eat leftovers. The Mac and cheese is also the best compliment - good texture, complex flavor. Mark is easy to work with too for pickup!

Peer's Pit is delicious! The half brisket feeds a crowd and the seasoning is flavorful enough for adults, yet mild enough for my three kids. I love having the leftovers in my freezer to pull out for an easy week-night dinner. Can't wait to order again!
