How does pickup work?
All briskets are pre-order only and prepared fresh. After placing your order, you’ll select an available pickup date and time. You’ll receive confirmation with pickup details once your order is accepted.
Is it kid-friendly?
Very much so. It’s a favorite with kids and picky eaters and is usually one of the first things to disappear.
What’s the best way to reheat the mac & cheese?
For best results, cover and warm it in the oven at 300–325°F until heated through. You can stir gently about halfway through warming if needed to help it heat evenly.
What if I want it a little creamier after reheating?
Add a small splash of milk or cream before or during reheating to bring back a creamier texture.
Can I reheat it in the microwave?
Yes. The microwave works well for smaller portions or quick reheating.
How long will it stay good in the fridge?
For best quality, enjoy it within 2–3 days when kept refrigerated.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we prepare everything fresh to order, changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
